reading it. I have chosen to go straight through to the advanced training routine with 5 days rest in
between workouts. I am already feeling results from it. I did the chest and triceps routine you have there

Last night I had the absolute pleasure of reading Bill's latest gem... Mind Becomes Mass... Beyond Time-The Final Approach. Answer:
Capt,
The difference is several things:

1) He has customized my routine based on how I am built structurally and my strong and weak body parts. Also considering what exercises work well for me and which ones do not.
The routine is custom for me. Although templated workouts are good for most there is no way they can come close to a routine designed for your structure and goals. I would think that customization is vitally important for anyone advanced or anyone who is not really making meaningful progress. The program he made for me is working fantastic for me but I'll bet that it won't work all that great for someone else.

2) When I run into problems( and I have), he knows how to correct immediately, this saves valuable time and frustration. As you know things change big time as you get stronger. Knowing when to change and what to change is of huge importance. In the past when I ran into trouble, I had one answer, decrease frequency, that did not work out very well. There are just so many variables to manage, I have a hard time managing myself and the variable objectively.

From the start I knew H(it) was the answer! So its been about three years of training, but only the last 8 months Ive been training seriously! My other hero is Mariusz Pudzianowski Hes not only the Worlds Strongest Man 5 times but he has a bodybuilder look, its amazing…but the training protocol he uses is insane!! He trains 5 times a week, 2 times a day plus rope skipping, swimming and karate!!! I went to seek information about someone who had knowledge about Powerlifting and Strongman but who utilizes the HIT training principles and it was in the Highintensity. net forum that your name appeared. I was one of Bills harshest critics when I read some of the first posts he made here and other forums... I thought "how dare this guy come in here stealing Mikes ideas and then try selling them to us". My curiosity took me to his sight and I signed up for his newsletter and eventually got 3 E-books. He gives full credit to Mike and all others when applicable. Allot of his ideas especially Quantum physics are his own thoughts or at least not Mikes thoughts. Forgive me for not remembering the names of the books correctly but I have RUSerious HIT traiing(?), Powerbuilding(?), Vacuum ab burns(?) and audio seminar. I enjoyed these books and audio but I truly enjoy reading his newsletter that comes in my email. Bill is a credit to Mikes work and to the HIT community.

Bill is a great ambassador just like myself for Mike's training ideas - Mike is no longer with us - why not listen to someone that has been studying Mike's word for such a long time and has had experience with this sort of training. There is no exclusive right on any ideas or training philosophies, the only people that you should be worried about are the ones that take Mike's idea and twist it around to make it sound like they created it ...

Good gracious, you weren't kidding! This exercise is amazing. I added just under 10% in weight on my Partial Deadlift this workout... yet my reps went up from 7 last time to 12 in this session! Needless to say, 12 was a shock when I was going for 3. I'm literally at the point where I need to go to the sporting goods store to buy more weights. I ask, is there any better shopping trip in the world than that?

I pushed one session back 4 days when I got a bit of a cold and if anything it seemed to make me stronger!

Bill here's a testimonial from my amazing training results so far. These are just some of my lifts. From my first cycle of workouts recorded. (BEFORE AND AFTER)

***I started at 115 x 6 reps on the incline bench. AND NOW my last workout I did 155 x 7.
***My lat pull down started at 140 x 6 and my last workout recorded was 180 x 8 reps.
***Leg press started at 270lbs for 20 reps, to now I’m doing 410lbs x 20 reps.
***My calf raise I started at 270lbs, now Im doing 510lbs for more reps.

I notice I got better results adding more rest days, pretty soon I’m going to add 5 in between each workout. I’m pretty sure its been around 9 or 10 weeks on this program.

On the scale I went up 7-8 lbs but  I’m sure  I lost fat as I gained muscle. I’m really happy with my strength gains. My buddy and I love this type of training.

In the past I got off track and did workouts that didn’t work, you know, the various crap in the magazines. But to be honest the majority of my size came from workouts very similar to the one in you RU Serious book. So I’m going to start with that. Actually, I took this past week off so I started again today and I just got done with workout #1 from the book, though I’m not looking forward to legs in a few days . It felt great to get back to that.
