Terms and Conditions
I agree and understand....
That this is an equal exchange of value between two people. It is a private agreement between two living souls and no other entity, person or thing.
There are no 3rd parties in this agreement nor can be brought into this agreement.
I agree not to disclose any part of our agreement to anyone, as this is private.
As it pertains to personal instruction or ministry by any means...
Waiver:
I, by using my digital signature and/or by making payment by any means to include debit card, credit card, electronic metals, green dot, cash or check or any other means with intention of partaking in receiving coaching by any means agree, certify and swear that I am aware of my health and physical condition, and having knowledge that my participation in any exercise program or instruction may be injurious to my health, am voluntarily participating in private coaching activity with Bill Sahli and/or Anchor The Light ministry.
Having such knowledge, I hereby release Bill Sahli and/or Anchor The Light ministry, his representatives, agents, and successors from liability for accidental injury or illness which I may incur as a result of participating in the said activity or coaching instruction, physical or otherwise. I hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in said program or instruction.
I agree to disclose any physical limitations, disabilities, ailments, or impairments which may affect my ability to participate in said fitness program or instruction.
Cancellations, Terminations, Payments and Collections:

All cancellations must be received at least 12 hours before my session if in person or by phone.
Coaching sessions may be and/or are in a block rate or subscription or other and
not refundable, unless previously agreed upon. If there is a minimum commitment (example:
Elite Inner Circle-
All Payments owed, based on any agreement, including commitment payments must be satisfied by either Credit Card, Debit Card, Green Dot Money Pak, Western Union or Cash via Fed Ex or the preferred method of Bill Sahli and/or Anchor The Light ministry.
I also agree there will be no charge backs to Bill Sahli and/or Anchor The Light ministry for services that I have already paid for yet chose to cancel or was canceled by Bill Sahli and/or Anchor The Light ministry for whatever reason.
If an electronic payment has failed then the two options of payment are Green Dot Money Pak or Western Union. If payment has failed in any way, payment is due immediately. Any failed payment unexcused by Bill Sahli and/or Anchor The Light ministry will incur 10% additional service charge daily (compounded daily).
If an agreement can not be reached and/or within 30 days (unless agreed upon) payment is not received on a failed payment or commitment, I agree that Bill Sahli and/or Anchor The Light ministry can proceed in attaching or leaning by any means necessary my personal and business property, including entities which are controlled by me.
At the end of my service block or subscription or other I will be bound to a continued block and/or subscription or other until I have given such cancellation notice as described above (unless previously agreed as an exception).
On my last session, if I do not renew another block of sessions, subscription or other, I understand that I will loose my place in schedule and will go on a waiting list until an opening is available... Unless one is available at that time.
If I agree to renew and do not, I will not be taken again at any future date.
Bill Sahli and/or Anchor The Light ministry understands that emergencies happen and will work with any cancellation to reschedule if there is an opening available, however, I understand that if I do cancel, I may loose that coaching session.
Refunds:

Bill Sahli and/or Anchor The Light ministry strives to provide the best possible experience and that his time, planning and scheduling is valuable and if by choice, I choose to cancel and not use time scheduled, for any reason, there will be no refund nor will there be any refund for sessions unused.
Progress:
I also agree and understand that…
High Intensity Training, both Bodybuilding and / or Mindset training is the most productive type of training there is, that in the case of HIT it will be intense, brief and infrequent.
My ultimate progress in HIT Both Muscle & Mind is based on my genetic potential and that Bill Sahli and/or Anchor The Light ministry will use his experience and expertise, to the best of his ability to insure my goals are met.
Inevitably my progress is based on my mindset, effort and willingness to apply the theories and principals taught to me and in practice and in my own work that I do regarding it.
I do hereby swear, agree and understand all of the above as was written or implied, and by submitting my digital signature or partaking in any type of coaching service or in payment thereof ... that I am bound to these terms and conditions. I affirm that this agreement is as valid as it would be and I agree to it’s weight as if it were sworn before a notary public representative. I do hereby swear, agree and understand further, that these terms may be changed at any time while my agreement to the changed terms and conditions will stand in fact with and to the updated versions.
