This is ideal for someone who does not want a subscription commitment but requires coaching and guidance either in HIT Bodybuilding, Desire Achievement and/or Lifecoaching.

This Protocal includes an INITIAL DISCOVERY CALL of approximately 30 -
After the initial call , follow up will be in increments of 20 minutes.
If it is HIT Bodybuilding Coaching...usually a 20 minute follow up call is sufficient to monitor and manage your progress.
If it is Desire Achievement or Lifecoaching or a combination of all, it may take longer.
**** You can choose how much time you would like for follow up in increments of 20 minutes as long as it is pre scheduled.
**** As always the calls are customized to your needs
**** If you choose NOT to use your time at the scheduled time, you must give sufficient notice as per the terms and conditions.
**** At any session you can choose to give notification to hold your Units until you have need to use them.
EXAMPLE: If we are meeting weekly and you want to move that to every two weeks, no problem you can...
Or if you are going away on vacation or just want to take a break, you can. The time purchased does not expire for 3 months from your last coaching session... Unless specifically authorized.

There is no One Size Fits All. This is the mistake made by most HIT trainers. They do not take into consideration genetics. I do!
This is why creating a baseline workout then fine tuning it over a period of several months is the best and only way to insure maximum progress.
Most serious athletes spend anywhere from $75 to as much as $200 a month on supplements while making very little to no progress.

Bio-
pertinent information about a patient. Chiropractors have been using these tests
for approximately fifty years as part of their analysis to determine where, when
and what direction to adjust. I take things a couple steps further by also checking
for emotional, nutritional and chemical interferences to healing. The most common
bio-
tests are: muscle tests, leg length checks and the occipital drop. I believe, through my testing and comparing, that these tests all give the practitioner the same results. Personally I use all three tests but the one I use most frequently is the occipital drop. These tests can be done in person or over a distance. They are in effect using Quantum technology.
These tests give a yes/no binary answer to a question posed. The question is posed and the body responds. For example we could ask, “Is 150 grams of protein a day optimal for maximal growth?” If we get a yes then we are done. If we get a no we continue asking questions until we get a yes answer.

I used this testing myself recently for the Tactic Strength Challenge in addition to coaching with Bill managed to put 100 pounds on my maximal deadlift in only 3 months at 42 years of age.
