HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING MORE AEROBIC THAN AEROBICS!

Why high intensity anaerobic training, rather than aerobics or some other? I will allow you to educate yourself a bit here by reading the following article very well done by another HIT Trainer, Greg Anderson who so graciously allowed me to use it...

 

High Intensity Strength Training - More Aerobic than Aerobics!

 

... but to sum it up, aerobics is unsafe, counterproductive and not the most efficient way for you to become in the best shape of your life.

 

THE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH!

It has been found that this type of training actually REVERSES the aging process at any age this is what is evident

“...we found 596 genes ... Prior to the exercise training, the transcriptome profile showed a dramatic enrichment of genes associated with mitochondrial function with age. However, following exercise training the transcriptional signature of aging was markedly reversed back to that of younger levels for most genes that were affected by both age and exercise. We conclude that healthy older adults show evidence of mitochondrial impairment and muscle weakness, but that this can be partially reversed at the phenotypic level, and substantially reversed at the transcriptome level, following six months of resistance exercise training.”
