It has been an amazingly busy week here at R U Serious - Muscle and Mind Combined. With writing and coaching Friday just seems to sneak up on me.

 

I am thinking about doing a monthly newsletter rather than a weekly one. In it will be all articles written along with questions and answers. It will have more specific content. I have almost 1000 subscribers on my mailing list so I would like to ask you a few questions.

 

Below is a form that I have created. IF you could simply fill out the form and hit submit with the type of topics you would like to be covered... In our Newsletter... as it relates to Muscle and Mind. I.e.

Would you like to see more on High Intensity Bodybuilding techniques... Fat loss...etc... Mindset... Creation... Visualization... What questions do you have??? That sort of thing.
