A Personal Note From Bill

Summer time is moving in on us very quickly and the weather is getting warmer by the moment. I have had  a number of questions from clients and loyal followers as to how they can speed up their  self imposed deadline of getting in terrific shape for the beach season.

Both men and women are very conscious of the body fat they have added over the year of colder weather and more clothes. Now that bikini season is here, it is quite evident that there is more than what is wanted to sport that attire. I have included links to a number of articles that I have written on the subject. The key is to add as little body fat as possible while maximizing  muscular gain. In some varieties of individual, this is no problem as they have an extremely fast metabolism and actually need huge calories to continue progress. But for many, it takes constant vigilance to stay lean or to stay a couple of pounds over their best shape. This is all calories in, calories out.

I have been asked what the best products I have to assist with this. Certainly there are three...
