A Personal Note From Bill

Another week has passed here at R U Serious and it is amazing at the questions that I still get regarding the theory of High Intensity Training.

“A theory properly defined, is a set of principles, or propositions (statements of fact), which claim to be correct, in the description of some aspect of reality and/or a guide for successful human action.” There are precise definitions regarding this that are both logical and can be well thought out.

In Mike Mentzer’s Heavy Duty II, Mike talks about thinking as man’s only way to cut through the baloney. I agree, although I teach more on visualization and creation, they are very much linked.

In this weeks newsletter, I am going to revisit the theory of High Intensity Training. Many of those I hear from are bewildered and confused. WHY? Because you are putting validity in a number of other concepts, however, a thing is a thing and can not be any other. As you will see there can only be one valid theory of anything. It is simpler than you think if you do not have contradictions. There are no contradictions in reality as Ayn Rand said and I quote...

“Contradictions do not exist. Whenever you think you are facing a contradiction, check your premises. You will find that one of them is wrong.”-Ayn Rand
 

In this weeks newsletter, you will see that if you are applying the theory correctly, you will progress each and every workout until you reach your genetic potential. You will see it matters not which exercises you do (although some are more effective than others), if you pinkey finger is turned up or down, or how many sets you don’t do. If you apply the theory correctly, it will dictate the proper number of sets, the frequency, the exercises that are most effective.

 

I hope you enjoy this Newsletter this week as much as I enjoy writing it and sharing with you this amazing knowledge that will free you from doubt or fear regarding your bodybuilding course of action.
