A Personal Note From Bill

Well it has been an extremely busy week, much more than usual A huge amount of mail, both fan mail and questions regarding not only high intensity bodybuilding, but powerlifting, powerbuilding and strong man training. The important point to realize is that the theory of high intensity training, meaning training intensely, briefly and infrequently hold true across the board for an athlete who’s main focus is geared to strength, however, depending on your sport there are certain techniques and exercises that fit the bill better than others. For the bodybuilder a workout similar to the one in The Foundation works well.

A quick note for the females in the group, this is also a great workout to use because it is low stress and high intensity, same for you athletes or bodybuilders who have training injuries. This works well with a little tweaking.

For the powerlifter or powerbuilder or strong man, you will find what you need in High Intensity Powerbuilding. As long as you abide by the theory of high intensity training, you will always be able to make the right choice based on your sport.

Have a great rest of the week and weekend!

Best regards and Blessings,
Bill

Advanced High Intensity Training - Bodybuilding VS Powerlifting or Powerbuilding

This is actually a question and answer taken from a forum I frequent. The main focus was about one of the members in the forum and trying to reason through the application of the theory of High Intensity Training while applying the difference in training requirement for a powerlifter vs a bodybuilder. Although both adhere to the theory of high intensity training, the requirements are different because of the performance in both sports. Mindset

"Whatever we believe, we outpicture in our world!"

As you may or may not know, I am also a lifecoach and a minister and have done my share of living, searching, learning and listening. My journey has taken me in many twists and day trips... Journeys of inner self. Years ago, just 10, there was a lot of hoopla going on with metaphysics etc. It turned out to be a religion in itself, those involved teaching co dependence rather than how to access that power yourself, from your SELF.

This is contrary to what I teach... I empower those I coach to do the inner work necessary to access the power that we all have. I give them the tools and guidance necessary to do so... Without creating co dependence.

It is our learned beliefs and thoughts (our ego) that outpictures in our world the exact reflection of our inner state of being. What ever our vibration, the laws of this Universe, brought forth and proven by quantum physics, attract our learned state into reality through the filter we call EGO. Moment to moment it is Vibrate... Attract... Vibrate... Attract and so on. Like the Batman Emblem atop Commissioner Gordon’s Beacon, it brings into our world that which we signal for, whether we do it knowingly or not.

If there is something that you are experiencing in this time in your life, whether positive or negative, sickness or wholeness, abundance or scarcity, love or the lack of, happiness or sadness, know that you have created that exact experience to you by the free choice given to you by the Center and Source, the un judging power of the Universe.

Take responsibility for your world and actively create in it exactly what you choose consciously. There are no coincidences or victims.

For some help in understanding this, you can find it to the right under Mindset Articles or just click the link.

If you are a bodybuilder or not, you can take advantage of my High Intensity Mindset - Audio Teleseminar that will help you to learn how to start creating that what you desire in your life including a great body.
